PRAYER and FORGIVENESS

Updated: Aug 23, 2021

When we pray, we are speaking to God

When we meditate, we are listening

I PRAY, YES I PRAY, EVERY DAY

I SPEAK TO THE DIVINE

WITHIN AND AROUND ME

IN THIS DIMENSION AND ALL OTHERS

I PRAY LIKE I AM SPEAKING TO MY BEST FRIEND,

HELD IN UNCONDITIONAL LOVE

SAFE TO SHARE ALL, RELEASE ALL

TO ASK FOR GUIDANCE & SUPPORT

TO UNDERSTAND, FORGIVE AND LET GO

MY HEART IS WITNESSED

I FEEL MY SPIRIT ALIGNING

WITH MY BODY, HEART AND MIND

FROM THAT PLACE I CAN CREATE

FROM A CLEAR CONSCIENCE

This September new moon is the perfect opportunity to release old resentments, hurt and anger, use it as a powerful portal of transformation

Finding peace when there are unresolved issues and emotions within us is impossible. There is no way around it, no matter how we try to deny, justify or lie to ourselves, we become stuck in the lowest vibration of judgement and ego for ourselves and others.

The sad thing is that when we harbour ill feelings towards another, that person or people receive the energy regardless of whether it is verbalised or acted upon. It also festers within us, causing dis-ease to our whole cellular being. This shadow energy radiates out like a magnet, attracting more of the same until we reconcile the experiences and integrate the lesson.

This is why it is so important to have tools and practices that assist to clear and balance your energy.

We are become more sensitive all the time, whether we understand it or not, we feel the energies of all that is happening around us, our telepathic evolution is constantly being upgraded and it is time to act accordingly and become responsible with our thoughts and actions.

To also understand what is yours and what you are receiving from others. Energy is transferable! What are you sending out into the world from your unconscious thoughts and what sort of reactions are you getting?

There is no place for projection, blame or transference anymore... those reactions will only lead you back to more of the the same experiences

There are so many things that occur throughout our lives... sticky, uncomfortable, traumatic, confusing issues, many unvalidated or unresolved.

These experiences stay within us affecting our clarity and connection

So how do we clear them?

They need to be witnessed in a somatic way to be woven into the tapestry of our beings, integrated and understood as a tool of growth and expansion. We do this to be able to come back to love, a deep love for ourselves, humanity and our lives.

All those sticky, uncomfortable feelings are the lessons of this earthly existence, like pieces of a puzzle that need to find their place to complete the whole picture, instead they get stashed away because we don't know where those pieces go or how to make them fit into our lives. Subconsciously not even wanting them to be part of our experience but we all know that they don't go away...if addressed and forgiven they become our greatest teachers.... then eventually our greatest insight, evolution and wisdom become the gift on the other side.

It is our birthright to feel joy, to feel divinely connected and to create from that space

Bring your shadows into the light

And pray....

There are many ways to pray and it doesn't always have to be in a church or temple. Your temple is you!

Atonement and confession are a big part of releasing and forgiveness, it is a vulnerable softening that is part of the process...

There is a prayer that I like to use with unresolved issues as sometimes we don't have the opportunity to clear face to face but as energy is transferable, it will be received, this prayer works wonders!

The Hoʻoponopono is a Hawaiian practice and prayer of reconciliation and forgiveness. The Hawaiian word translates into English simply as "correction". Among the islands of Vanuatu in the South Pacific, people believe that illness usually is caused by anger. "If you are angry for two or three days, sickness will come," The therapy that counters this sickness is confession. The patient, or a family member, may confess. If no one confesses an error, the patient may die. The Vanuatu people believe that secrecy is what gives power to the illness. When the error is confessed, it no longer has power over the person.

The prayer is very simple, it is a matter of bringing the situation or person to mind and reciting a few times

I'm Sorry, Please forgive me, I love you, Thank you

Forgiveness is the most powerful healer

Finding sacred peace within ourselves is our choice, do we continue to feel those uncomfortable feelings from past experiences or do we choose to release and clear our consciousness to create from a pure and clear space
